Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to this website and to projects with Callen Westridge, a motion designer and video editor based in Sydney, Australia. By using the site or booking a project, you agree to them. Each project also has its own quote, which sets out the scope, price and timeline and takes priority if anything differs.

Projects and quotes

1. Work starts once you accept the quote and any deposit listed in it has been paid.

2. The quote lists what is included, such as the number of videos, formats and revision rounds. Requests outside that scope may be quoted separately.

3. Timelines depend on receiving your brief, assets and feedback on time.

Payment

Invoices are payable by the due date shown on them. Final files are delivered once the project has been paid in full.

Your materials

You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, footage, music, product files or other materials you provide for the project.

Ownership and usage

1. Once paid in full, you can use the final videos for the purposes agreed in the quote.

2. Project files, templates and tools I use to make the work remain mine unless agreed otherwise.

3. I may show finished work in my portfolio and on social media, unless you ask me not to in writing.

Website content

The videos, images and text on this website may not be copied or reused without permission. The site is provided as is, and I am not responsible for the content of external sites linked from it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
